Using POST in stead of GET for the redirect to the IssuerAuthenticationURL

In some cases errors with regard to the redirect to (some of) the Issuers when a merchant performs a POST in stead of a GET for the redirect. Make sure that the redirect to the redirect URL is done with a HTTP GET.
